Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

We are seeking an experienced and people focused Head Receptionist who is passionate about leading a team, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and supporting a well established, high performing administrative team. This role is ideal for someone who is a people leader and takes pride in guiding, mentoring, and supporting an existing team to continue delivering outstanding service to patients, radiologists, and referring clinicians. About the Role
An opportunity has become available for an Office Supervisor (Maternity Leave Cover) to join our Bolsover Radiology practice on a 12 month max-term contract. We are seeking someone who is experienced in leading a team, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and supporting a close-knit administrative team. As the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operation of our radiology practice. You will provide strong onsite leadership, oversee administrative workflows, and act as a key point of coordination between patients, staff, and clinicians.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Foster a welcoming, respectful, and patient-focused atmosphere, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the clinic.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters, typically completed one month in advance.
- Approve timesheets and manage staff leave in line with organisational policies and procedures.
